Our very own Bruce Wall spent his last week involved in not one, but two Southern Rock music video shoots.  He helped produce and acted in Candy Coburn's remake of Fire on the mountain.  The whole video was shot in Pleasant Shade and Nashville, Tennessee.  The video is a tribute to the late George McCorkle of Marshall Tucker fame.  The producers Tony Beazley and Bruce Wall wanted to honor their late friend by telling the story in a new way.  "We tried to have a piece of George in every scene" Wall said.  "If you look close in every scene there is a piece of music history in the shot, guitar, hats, photos, and so on."  Tony Beazley is also credited for filming the "jukin with Gene" video.  The Video also features Justin McCorkle, son of George McCorkle.  "All of the actors were friends or family to George".

The second video Bruce was involved with as an actor.  The video is for the Brothers of the Southland release of "Can't You See" featuring Bo Bice.  "It was a lot of fun, and I know George would have gotten a kick out of it.  I can't wait to see it... "

Watch for both videos this summer and early fall.

David Frankie Toler

Dan Toler has set up an account for his brother David (Frankie) Toler as he is going
to need a liver transplant to survive. He is going to need help with all of his
hospital bills, rejection drugs, housing, transportation, food and everyday
living expenses while recovering. This is assuming he gets the transplant.
This is the perfect opportunity for our fans and friends to give back to
someone who has given to all of us for so many years through his fantastic
drumming with bands like The Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker, etc.

"Just walk into any Bank of America and make a donation to "Frankie Toler
Medical & Living Assistance Fund". I appreciate it with all my heart and you
will be helping a brother who needs support at this critical time in his life.
A musical benefit will be held at the Bradenton Auditorium January 24th. The
players and the ticket pricing wil be forthcoming.
GOD Bless You All, ".
